Hydro Cutting of Concrete

A high flow high pressure water jet can cut through concrete by eroding the cement.  At high pressure with a lower flow rate, water can actually remove coatings without damaging the sound concrete below.  When an abrasive is added to the jet the water jet can completely cut through a concrete slab with the reinforcement inside.

Automated water jets produce precise, consistent cuts without risk to personnel. They can work with or without abrasive, contingent on the application.

Hydro Demolition 

High-pressure water jets attack fissures in faulty concrete, preserving sound concrete and leaving it with an excellent texture for new bonding. It doesn’t damage the reinforcement, instead it removes old concrete and scale, and wash away entrained chlorides.

Pipe and Tube Cleaning

As liquid product hardens, it builds up in a tube or pipe and restricts flow and efficiency. Removing it with drills or brushes can be hard, slow work, resulting in too much downtime. Water jets remove build-up quickly.

 Water Jet Deburring and Deflashing

High-pressure water jets trim precisely and flush the debris away, all in one step. They can even expel burrs and flash in areas not reachable by mechanical methods.
